I entrust you with your occupancy as a Real Estate Consultant, to find and point out clients or simply disclose to them details of my property, for the purpose of sale or exchange or concession for reconstruction with the system of exchange consideration or rent or leasing, or in any other way transfer of the right of ownership or use or even exploitation of the following real estate (s):

I promise you further and acknowledge that in the event that a major contract is finally created for any of the above properties either with your client, family member, relatives, associates and partners or with a company from which one of them is interested or in any other case where a main contract is finally created as a result of your suggestion, that we are obliged both myself and the owners of the above properties to be finally contracted in the relevant main contract, for which I declare to all of you responsibly that I act upon their order and under their authority to pay you, jointly and severally and for each of us, individually and for each main contract separately, the specially agreed brokerage fee of 2% (or other agreed fee) of the selling price of the property. The legal VAT rate of 24% is in addition of the previous written fees. I consider this remuneration to be fair, reasonable and not excessive, and we are obliged to pay you in full, on the day of signing the relevant final contract.
